Carbon black industryThe temperature range for the termination reaction of carbon black growth in China's carbon black industry is 1200~1250 ℃, which is between this temperature and the subsequent heat recovery temperature of 950 ℃. Carbon black production enterprises have been using spray quenching water to reduce the temperature requirements. This method not only wastes a lot of water resources and loses a lot of heat energy, but also accelerates the corrosiveness of subsequent equipment and increases the load on collection equipment.
After years of market research, based on the unique production process of carbon black and the mature equipment operation research and manufacturing in the ethylene industry, Junye has developed a rapid cooling heat exchanger for the carbon black industry.
 The inlet temperature of the heat exchanger can reach 1250 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 950 ℃, fully utilizing the sensible heat in the production process to generate steam. At the same time, reducing the intake of cooling water and generating steam can not only meet the production line's own needs, but also be sold or used for power generation, bringing huge energy-saving and emission reduction economic benefits to the carbon black industry.
